May 24th In the USA

Today is double race day. The Indy 500 and NASCAR Sprint Race in Charlotte, N.C. So a busy, lazy day for me.
It is also, Memorial Day weekend. So it time to support the veterans that gave their lives for our freedom. Have a great day.

Memories of Nance

A very good, close friend of mine past. She was a sweet, caring woman. I will miss her.

Her and I played BINGO, at the Virgin River Casino. I had the pleasure of being in her company for many years. I am glad that her pain is gone, and she care now relax and enjoy bingo in the afterlife. Love you Nance. I will never forget you.

Mt Redoubt

The past few weeks, I have been viewing the webcam of Mount Redoubt, in Alaska. It has been interesting, watching the dome grow and the steam coming from the volcano. Right now it is clear and sunny, so the pic is great. It looks like it snowed a bit last night.
Anyway, all is okay here. It is very warm (95F) and sunny, and should be like that for the weekend. Well all take care.

Sweater

As stated earlier, I made a sweater for Logan's Run and that I would post a pic of it. Well here it is.

Oh yesterday was the parade for Mesquite Days and of course we were there, drunk as ususal, that is because we go to the Golden West casino EARLY in the A.M. Just so we can have a spot next to the street. We had a great time. Met many (I hope) new friends. I will make a video of the parade and the day later.

Another Sunny day

What a beautiful morning!!! I love living in a climate like ours. Sorry folks that live in the ice and snow. but years ago, I did too. Anyway, I've been cleaning today, organizing my picture album, adding pics of "our" kids, Loggie and 8. Loggie's birthday was fun. I got another sweater that I am making him, will take pics when I am done with it.
Tonight, is the weekly drawing at the Virgin River Casino, and of course we will be there. Tee is at work today, so I am home alone with the catz. What a life I live lol.

Friends

hey, again. My friend was able to meet my niece, Elizabeth at the St George Temple visitor Center. E spent time with my friend, which was way cool. I love that kid, E, she is totally awesome in her beliefs and her religion. I wish I had pics of my friend and E, but I don't. BATZ RATZ AND CATZ. that is my way of saying bad words..... LOL.
Anyway, I am doing well, made a sweater for Logan's Run for his B-Day, Tomorrow. He really lke wearing sweaters. Oh Logan is my cat, that I adopted.

LOGAN'S RUN YORK

Hey! Logan's Run is having a B-day on Sunday,April 26th. He will be 1 yrs old. He is still a pest. Biting and attacking our feet, when we walk by, where he is lurking. the weather here has been in the 90's, but now is going to be in the upper 70's for a few days.
I haven't heard from anyone. Where did everyone go?
Anyway, all is well here, I have been walking alot and just chillin-.
